DESCRIPTION
An adaptable and multiuse area located between the beach and Port of Hendaye.
In an existing building with four overlapping levels, this project develops a twofold plan: the creation of a Cultural Center and offices.
The Mendizolan plan includes a reception desk, a performance hall for 180 spectators, dressing rooms, technical facilities, exhibition halls and offices for the Culture Department of the Municipality of Hendaye.
